How many kids can go in?
A good benchmark in a medium size unit is 6-10 children at the same time. We do recommend that you separate children of different ages and stature. At the time of reservation, we can make a recommendations based upon the age group of children you are entertaining.
Is a deposit required?
No. We work on a first come, first serve basis and ask that if you do need to cancel that you give us as much notice as possible so we can rent the unit to someone else. See the following notice regarding cancellations.
How do I cancel my reservation?
Please call 480-940-8380 as soon as possible. We ask that you give us a minimum of 3 business days notice if you need to cancel your rental. A $35 fee will be charged if cancelled in less than 72 hours from reserved date.
How can I pay?

What is your rain policy?
In the event of rain (or threat of rain), Arizona Air Bounce will call you prior to your party set up time. If you would like to cancel, there will be no charge. If you decide to have the unit delivered, we collect payment. We have found this to be a very fair policy.
Can you set up on surfaces other than grass?
Yes. We bring a heavy-duty tarp that allows us to set up on gravel, dirt, or cement. Please let us know if we are going to set up on something other than grass so we can bring the necessary equipment (sand bags, etc.)
How much room do I need to set up a jump?
It depends on which unit you select. Please refer to our styles section on the web site and we have provided the amount of room needed.
Are you insured?
Yes we are self insured. You are required to sign a rental agreement form at time of delivery that reviews all the rules and policies.
Can we use silly string in the unit?
No - PLEASE keep silly string away from the inflatables, it sticks to the vinyl and is very difficult to come off.
