How many kids can go in?
A good benchmark in a medium size unit is 6-10 children at the same time. We do recommend that you separate children of different ages and stature. At the time of reservation, we can make a recommendations based upon the age group of children you are entertaining.

Is a deposit required?
Yes. We request a $35 credit card deposit for all rentals. Your deposit will be held until the completion of your rental. Your deposit will be refunded in full as long as there is no damage to the unit, and you do not cancel within 7 days of your rental.

How do I cancel my reservation?
Please call 480-940-8380 as soon as possible. We ask that you give us a minimum of 3 business days notice if you need to cancel your rental. The $35 deposit will be kept if cancelled in less than 7 days from reserved date.

How d I pay?
You may reserve and pay online via debit or credit card. We also will accept either cash, check or money order at time of delivery.

What is your rain policy?
In the event of rain (or threat of rain), Arizona Air Bounce will call you prior to your party set up time. If you would like to cancel, there will be no charge. If you decide to have the unit delivered, we collect payment. We have found this to be a very fair policy.

Can you set up on surfaces other than grass?
Yes. We bring a heavy-duty tarp that allows us to set up on gravel or cement. Please let us know if we are going to set up on something other than grass so we can bring the necessary equipment (sand bags, etc.). We cannot set up on dirt.

How much room do I need to set up a jump?
It depends on which unit you select. Please refer to our styles section on the web site and we have provided the amount of room needed.

Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured. We are able to hold events at city parks, school, church or community with proof of insurance. You are required to sign a rental agreement form at time of delivery that reviews all the rules and policies.

I want to have my party at a city park. Can you help me?
Yes we can. We understand the necessary steps and requirements for each city park in the east valley and can provide the information to you to make the reservation at the desired park.

Can we use silly string in the unit?
No - PLEASE keep silly string away from the inflatables, it sticks to the vinyl and is very difficult to come off.
